Welcome to the CJHS Band web page! Mrs. Cavender and I are looking forward to a fantastic 2009-2010 year in the Warrior Band.
Parents- School starts on Wednesday, August 19th and your kids WILL need their instruments! The only exception would be percussionists. They will need their sticks and stickbag, but they do not need to bring their snare with them until their first percussion sectional. Please be watching for the band handbook to come home as well. Please read, sign, and return it immediately.
We will be getting a an email listserv together ASAP so that we can better reach band members and parents. We have created an official facebook group for the CJHS Band that we will be using to help get information out. We have a twitter account as well, so if you use either of these, please look for us!
Again- it is a pleasure to serve your children and Mrs. Cavender and I can't wait to see what this year will bring!
